the traditional teachings of the Pilates Method. At Dogma Pilates, our

Using your deep core muscles to strengthen and stretch, Pilates focuses on
creating long, lean, flexible muscles and joints. You will improve
circulation, breath control, range of motion, coordination and postural
symmetry through graceful movement patterns. Because your muscles interact
naturally as you move in life, Pilates does not isolate muscles
individually. Instead each graceful movement strengths, reshapes and
re-educates your body as a whole.
Our Pilates Team consists of dynamic, highly educated Instructors that have
incredible knowledge and dedication to the Pilates Method and will
challenge you to go deeper into your body. The guiding principles of the
Pilates Method are whole body health, whole body commitment, and breath.
