CLASSES Group Compu Trainer Cycling Classes Compu Trainer cycling has proven to be one of the most effective forms of indoor training. Dogma Athletica is proud to be the largest indoor Compu Trainer cycling studio in Colorado. We have made a commitment to our local cycling population. Whether you are new to cycling or a seasoned pro, the benefits from Compu Trainer cycling cannot be denied. We will have two 6-rider Compu Trainer systems in our studio. You get to train on your own bicycle or try out a frame from a local shop. With hundreds of exciting courses from around the world or the ability to download your favorite local course your sessions are certain to be fun and challenging. On our two projection screens we can show 3D virtual reality; power, heart rate and cadence graphs, or Spin Scan to make your training experience fun and effective. One hour on the Compu Trainer is equivalent to two hours outside. There's no coasting, no stoplights, no close calls from trucks - just an efficient, effective workout. At Dogma Athletica we are taking the group Compu Trainer system to a new level. We are structuring several types and levels of classes to meet all of our cyclists needs.
