Brock wants to take your game to the next level, in sport or in life. While youth sports
performance is Brock's specialty, he excels in all areas of training. Incorporating "new school" strength
training and its effect on metabolism, his clients get lean and ripped while pushing their agility, speed and
endurance to full throttle.
Brock believes that the problem in youth sports today is the lack of diverse athletic skills;
many kids can hit the ball but can't run well; they can throw a great pass but are not very quick; they
can shoot a foul shot but can't "drive to the hoop." There is a need for improving the fundamentals of
athletic sports - quickness, agility, coordination, balance and strength. Brock has an exceptional ability
to connect with today's youth, through thorough and precise analysis he discovers what they need to become
motivated to excel in their sport or in life.
When Brock is not in the gym, he is traveling with clients and friends, snowboarding, skateboarding or
reading.
