Class Levels
Level 1 - This class lays a foundation for the fundamentals of Yoga including attitude, alignment and action. The focus is on establishing a clear understanding and practice of basic postures and breath.
BASIC
Level 2 - A multi-level class which builds on the basic essentials of asana (posture) practice. This class takes the student a step in further in intensity, imbibing the principles of alignment form and breath. Participants should have previous yoga experience.
MODERATE
Level 2-3 - An intermediate level class for those who are familiar with the principles involved in asana alignment. The intensity grows in this level of practice. Previous experience in backbends and inversions is necessary.
MODERATE-INTENSE
Level 3 - The most intense practice at Dogma. Vigorous and demanding, this class is a carefully constructed flowing series of intensive yoga asana. Backbends, inversions and arm balances are emphasized. This class helps students learn to have freedom in their body.
