Tara Goike spent her youth as a nationally competitive springboard diver.
She began practicing yoga in 2001 to round out her workout routines.
She completed training with Shiva Rea and is always extending her education with
nationally renowned teachers such as Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste, Camille Petrillo, Rusty Wells and Jeannie Manchester.
Tara is currently completing her 200 Hour Shiva Rea Certification.
Tara has inspired and regularly challenges the students in the Hatha Flow and Power Classes by
always bringing a fresh approach from her regular workshop attendance.
Tara is a kindergarten teacher at Stone Creek Schooland has received her children's yoga certification
from the Next Generation Yoga studio in NYC.
She also heads up the Kids Yoga Camps during the summer months.
Recently, Tara gave birth to a beautiful son and credits pre and postnatal yoga for staying so fit and active.
